1.1 Automatically Collected Data

When you visit Tekivex sites our servers and third-party services automatically log standard data your browser sends: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, time and date of visit, time spent on pages, and diagnostic data.

1.2 Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We and our third-party partners (including Google) use cookies and similar tracking technologies — such as web beacons (pixel tags / clear GIFs), local storage, and IP addresses — to collect information as a result of ad serving and analytics on this site. Types of cookies we use:

• Essential cookies — required for the site to function correctly (e.g. tekivex.consent.v1 in localStorage, which remembers your cookie choice).
• Preference cookies — remember your theme or settings (e.g. hub-theme in localStorage).
• Analytics cookies — help us understand how visitors use our sites (Google Analytics 4, _ga / _ga_*). Set only after you accept on the consent banner (Consent Mode v2 keeps analytics storage denied until then).

4. Advertising (Google AdSense)

tekivex.com displays advertisements served by Google AdSense (publisher ID ca-pub-4630229006617891) to help keep this site free. The AdSense script is loaded on pages with editorial ad slots. Google’s privacy message controls advertising choices where applicable; analytics acceptance does not grant advertising consent.

Once loaded, Google and its partners may use cookies — including the DART cookie — to serve ads based on your visit to this site and other sites on the Internet. Tekivex offers free software downloads. When you download or use this software, your interaction is governed by the applicable download terms. We do not collect personal data through the use of the downloaded software itself.

Analytics data is retained for 26 months in line with Google Analytics 4's default data retention settings. We do not store personal data beyond what is aggregated anonymously by our analytics provider.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Erasure — request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
• Restriction — request we limit how we process your data.

All data in transit between your browser and our services is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS. Our free products are built with security-first principles — zero runtime dependencies where possible, no eval(), and regular dependency audits. However, no method of electronic transmission is 100% secure.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our sites after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
